"Camping world does not care about their customers they sell junk and they give poor customer service someone even stole it out of my camper the warranties or joke it takes months to get in to get serviced done and then takes weeks for them to diagnose the problem all for them to tell you that your warranty doesn’t cover anything if the warranty never covers anything why sell a warranty if anyone wants to know about Camp world get in contact with me and I’ll let you know do not buy from them."

"Worst customer service I’ve ever seen. Purchased a product from them and Had for one month When it broke. Drove two hours to the nearest camping world to return and was informed I would have to Return to the manufacture that they were not responsible for the products that they sell. Amazon or holiday world but not camping world. Rude….Biloxi, MS"

"Service Dept is the worst I have ever dealt with!"
"Purchased a travel trailer in mid August. Had a small accident, took back the very next day for estimate to repair. Man that did the estimates was on vacation for 1 week. Come on, only one person doing estimates. We have had nothing but the run around from the service department. Now 9 weeks later we still do not have our trailer. Very frustrated with the service and will never recommend anyone buying from CampingWorld"
