Excitement, sunlight, and waves
There are many reasons to visit Florida. You can go to Disney World, or you can go just to soak up the rays, find shells and sand dollars along the beaches of The Gulf, or dip your toes in the Atlantic. There’s a lot Florida has to offer visitors from excitement to exquisite relaxation. Florida was built for both. You can experience great rides and fun adventures with the family, explore the white, sandy beaches, or see what life is like in the Florida Keys. So grab your sunglasses and let’s take our tour!
Houston, we have visitors
While we all know Houston Space Center isn’t in Florida, the Kennedy Space Center is. If you’re in Florida and love space, it would be in your interest to see the gateway to space, as it’s dubbed.
You can view exhibits, stroll through a garden of retired rockets, and watch documentaries in IMAX theaters. If you plan your trip, you could even see a rocket as it’s launched into the cosmos. There’s so much to discover at the Kennedy Space Center that adults and kids alike will be astounded by the wonder in store for them.
If you’re staying in Florida for any length of time, send your kids off to space camp! Their space camp is a week-long event where you’ll get to learn all about the science and engineering that goes into a successful space voyage.
